Step 1: Signup
Sign for the free membership here: http://www.catchflix.com/registration.php.
Step 2: Activate Account
Once you fill up and submit the registration form, you will get an email with a link. Click on that link to activate your account.
Step 3: Login
After your activate your account, you can login using your email id and the password that gave while registering. (This is not the password for your email account; it is the password for your Catchflix account.)
Step 4: Browse and Select Movies
Once you login, you can browse movies by categories, themes, etc. When you find something you want to watch, click on the movie. This will take you to the movie details page that will show the details about the movie. It will have a Rent Now button and an Add to Watch List button. Rent Now button means that the movie is in available for rent. If you do not see Rent Now button, it mean the movie is rented out to another member and is NOT available for rent. You can click on Add to Watch List button to get an email when the movie becomes available.
Step 5: Click on Rent Now
Once you find a movie that is available and you would like to rent, click on Rent Now button.
Step 6: Review Order
Clicking on Rent Now will take you to a page that will show you the movie you have selected and the amount to be paid. If you want to rent more movies, click on Continue Browsing and find move movies you would like to rent. You can also select the Preferred Delivery Date on this page.
Step 6: Place Order
Once you have reviewed your order (movies, preferred delivery date, amount), click on the Place Order button.
Step 7: Make Payment
Clicking on Place Order button will take you to a secure payment gateway page where you can make the payment using your credit card or internet-enabled banking account. There are other payment options as well such as using Mobile for Paymate and ITZ Cash Cards. The transaction is through a secure payment gateway and may take a few minutes to complete.
Step 8: Get Your Movies and Enjoy
Once the payment is done, you will get order conformation details in your email. We will ship the DVDs to you and email you the details so that you can track your package.
Step 9: Return the DVDs
The DVDs will be picked up on the fourth day. You will get an email when we schedule the pickup so that you can keep the return package ready. You can also leave the package with your office reception or apartment security with instructions to hand it over when some one comes for pickup.
